Jan Peter has spent his 27-year-long corporate career in sales management and general management, mainly in the food and beverage industry, and has over the years become an expert in restructuring and downsizing, with the unique ability to do this without losing track of the fact that a company has an everyday life as well as a tomorrow.

Jan Peter also spent time as a field delegate with the International Red Cross in Tbilisi, the capital of the Republic of Georgia, formerly of the Soviet Union. He came back to his employer only to realize that the new owners did not appreciate such humanitarian moves. He knows it from that side as well.
