I have over 20 years experience implementing business processes and training other personnel to be successful (software and administrative training). Since 1992 I have helped thousands of people become more skilled and competent using their computer. I “work with heart” with an unwavering dedication to “finish the job.”
Where I get the most satisfaction is organizing and streamlining the day-to-day business processes that will help decrease time a company spends searching for information and documents and also enjoy training individuals to setup appointed times (and follow their own schedule) for all important activities in the business that must be done daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. I thrive in an atmosphere of challenge and where chaos can be turned into order.
I have a saying, “Being organized gives me the freedom to be spontaneous and flexible and allows for emergencies and the unexpected.”
Our business, Proactu, uses technology to help people get the important “right” things done. I partner with my husband Bob who is also Microsoft certified. As technology efficiency specialists, we focus in three areas: IT solutions, professional organization, and software training. We both very much enjoy our service business of helping others in so many ways.
When I was 10 years old I worked with my grandparents in their custom drapery service shop in Jupiter, Florida. Since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to work in business. My grandmother was very creative, a designer, and so talented. Even though she would let me practice at the sewing machine, I always felt more at home with my grandfather working in the business office and helping him with the bookkeeping and organizing the showroom. My mother says that even as early as the age of 3, I was very neat and always wanted to put things back in their place and the older I got the more I wanted to help others to get caught up and get organized.
I personally have the privilege of working with Quantum Leaps Consulting in their business office providing organizational support and administrative services that keeps their business foundation strong so they can focus on helping individuals and companies to turn their Passion into Prosperity.
