We all start out wishing, hoping and planning for a happy, meaningful experience on this earth. In this sense, we are all cut from the same cloth. But somewhere along the way, our desires are often replaced with practical thinking, career plans and making ends meet—real life. My goal is to help you turn passion into prosperity.
I was born and raised in Norway. After a rewarding experience studying at Greensboro College in North Carolina, I returned home to attend the Norwegian School of Management where I earned a Masters degree in Business and Marketing. While in college, a professor had inspired me greatly with his love for marketing, and I decided to pursue that same field. With a strong passion for “brand building” I embarked upon a valuable journey that would include 13 years of management experience in large multinational companies like Eastman Kodak Company and Kraft Foods, focusing on innovation, pan-European cooperation, and building strong brands.
When working for Kraft Foods, my career accelerated greatly as I received high and prestigious recognitions like the “International President Award” and “Best New Product Launch Award.” But as rewarding as those experiences were, I found that I still lacked that inner connection with my job. As a result, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I really wanted to get from life, what I wanted my life legacy to be. The answer to this question resulted in a life-changing decision.
In 2004, I left my job in order to start my own business, focusing on assisting individuals and companies to reach their goals. Turning my interests and passions into a successful and growing business has been a truly rewarding experience that continues to this day.
For many years, I have been interested in human potential, often wondering why some goals are easier than others to achieve. The search for good answers to these questions led me to Bob Proctor, a world-renowned coach and international speaker featured in the movie The Secret. In this material, I found effective and inspiring methods that brought it all together. These tools, combined with my extensive business experience, led to fantastic results. I am now a part of an international group of licensed LifeSuccess Consultants, and a business partner with Bob Proctor.
One of my goals is to live my life as an “insider” and to inspire others to do the same. An insider is a person who is inspired to live from the inside out. You must start with what you truly want for yourself and your business, and then take the appropriate steps to move in the right direction. This is where you tap into your passion, greatness and unique talents, to achieve great results. But no one ever attains results based solely on their actions. True success requires a mindset shift and a fundamental understanding that your thoughts directly correspond to your results.
I bring a strong and entrepreneurial spirit to my clients. I have the ability to see opportunities, and focus on personal growth and creativity as a strong catalyst in the achievement of goals. I am structured, enthusiastic, inspirational and able to generate results through teamwork.
My passion for travel, ancient cultures and world religions has taken me to destinations around the globe. In addition to having visited and worked in many countries, I have also had the privilege of living in Israel, Germany, the Republic of Georgia and the United States at different times throughout my life. I am married to Jan Peter and we have two wonderful children, Tia and Philip. We currently live in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Clearly defining my purpose, vision and goals has opened up a whole new world for me, a life filled with passion, and a burning desire to help people. Finding my purpose started my Quantum Leap. I want to help you start yours.
